The tour index is a full-bleed list in the inverse register, and the sold-out nights stay on it. Removing them is tidier and it throws away the only evidence a promoter reads.

The record and the merch go through the same shop and the same basket as a bag of clay would. The mailing list is a form, and the submissions are yours to export the day you decide to move.
